1. About us
1.1 hologramhire.com is run by Nightcub Ltd (company number 11582122), registered office Forest Stone, New Forest Fencing, Mill Lane, Nursling, Southampton, England, SO16 0YE, trading as Hologram Hire ("we", "us").
1.2 Hologram Hire is an independent enquiry-referral service - not a hire company. We do not own, hire out, deliver, install or operate any equipment.
2. What our service does
2.1 You can use our enquiry form to describe what you need. We pass your enquiry to a suitable third-party hire supplier, or the partner(s) named on the form before you submit when partners are named.
2.2 We do not guarantee that a supplier will contact you, quote, or be available on your date.
2.3 Our service is free to you.
3. No hire contract with us
3.1 If you accept a quote, your contract is with the supplier, not with us. The supplier quotes, contracts and invoices you directly.
3.2 We are not a party to any hire agreement. The supplier is responsible for the equipment, delivery, installation, operation, safety, insurance, content work, pricing, payment terms and cancellation terms it agrees with you.
3.3 Please read the supplier's own terms before you sign anything or pay.
4. Referral fees
4.1 We may receive a referral fee from a supplier when we pass them an enquiry or when you hire from them. This fee is paid by the supplier, not by you.
5. Information on this site
5.1 We describe display technologies in general terms to help you make an enquiry. The descriptions are not a specification or a promise of how any display will perform at your venue.
5.2 Any price examples on this site are taken from the supplier's own published information on the date shown. They are not quotes. Prices may have changed.
5.3 The word "hologram" is used on this site in its everyday sense. None of the displays described are laser holography.
6. Your responsibilities
6.1 Please give accurate information in your enquiry.
6.2 Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful content or content that infringes anyone's rights.
7. Our liability
7.1 We are responsible only for passing on your enquiry with reasonable care.
7.2 We are not liable for anything a supplier does or fails to do, including the quality, safety, delivery or cost of any hire.
7.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Privacy
8.1 Our Privacy notice explains how we use and share your details.
9. Changes
9.1 We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
10. Law
10.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
